BTSA Induction

Teachers that possess an SB 2042 preliminary credential are required by law to complete a CCTC approved Induction program in order to attain their professional clear credential. The BTSA Induction program is predicated on participants’ pedagogical foundation, centered on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. AVUHSD Induction offers job-embedded professional development under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
