2010 Daffodil Days

Thanks to all of our employees for your generous support and donations!

Daffodil Days provide an opportunity to join the American Cancer Society in the fight against cancer and touch the lives of cancer patients and those caring for them. Your contribution funds

cancer research, education programs, advocacy, services for cancer patients and their families, and furthers the mission of the American Cancer Society.  Orders will arrive on March 29, 2010.

We raised over $5000 during Daffodil Days!  Special thanks to all our faculty and staff for their generous donations during these tough economic times.

Give bouquets to your friends, and neighbors. Say “Job well-done” to a colleague or assistant with a vase of daffodils. See what flower-power can do today! A bouquet is a great way to share good will. It will put a smile on the face of the receiver and you’ll feel great knowing you are helping the ACS!

$10 for one bouquet of ten daffodils
$20 for one bouquet with an acryllic vase ("Sunshine")
$25 for a teddy bear and one bouquet. ("Bear n’ a Bunch)
$35 for two bouquets in a specialty vase. ("Vision")

"Gift of Hope" for delivery of bouquets anonymously to cancer patients at medical facilities in the Antelope Valley (be sure to indicate amount(s) $25, $50 or $100. Be sure to indicate the amount of your Gift of Hope.

Other ways you can volunteer your help with Daffodil Days
- Help your site contact distribute flowers on campus in March - talk with your Site Representative
- Drivers to deliver flowers to individuals, businesses and cancer patients
- Flower wrappers and to collate orders
- Data entry of orders
- Fill orders and/or route drivers’ delivery maps
- Become a business representative and help co-ordinate the selling of flowers at your company site
