Due to the uncertain nature of the State Budget in relation to education funds, the District will not take applications for non-teaching positions until further notice.

General Information:
Classified and Classified Substitute Employment

Most classified positions are filled through a registration and testing process.Vacant positions are posted at our District Office. These postings list the time frame and deadlines to register for testing. Registration for testing is offered during the registration period only. You are strongly encouraged to bring with you at least one letter of reference and a resume to attach to the basic registration form - these items will be required if you are invited to an oral interview.

Candidates notified for further oral interview by the Personnel Services Office will be instructed to fill out a complete classified application packet, which would require at least one letter of reference. You can of course submit any additional materials you feel would enhance your application packet. Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful reference checks and any other required pre-placement clearances.

Substitute employees must meet the same requirements for employment as regular classified employees. Many subs are hired through the registration and testing process. Please contact the Personnel Services Office Sub Desk for application information. If you are asked to fill out an application for sub employment, you will be required to submit at least one professional letter of reference.

Substitute assignments are filled through an automated calling system. Sub services are temporary and paid on an hourly basis. Substitute employment is on a strictly as-needed basis as determined by the District, and subject to end at any time.
