RE:                     Payroll Pay Dates

November

Payday for Classified Hourly employees will be on Tuesday November 24th, 2009. Being that all sites are closed on this date, checks will be available for pick up at the District Office in the Board Room between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.

Payday for Classified Monthly employees and Certificated teachers will be on Monday November 30th, 2009. Checks will be delivered to the sites for distribution as usual.

 

December 

Payday for the Classified Hourly employees will be on Tuesday December 22, 2009. Due to the holiday week, checks will be available for pick up at the District Office in the Board Room between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.

 

Payday for Classified Monthly employees and Certificated Teachers will be on Wednesday December 30th, 2009. Being that all sites are closed on this date, checks will be available for pick up at the District Office in the Board Room between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.

 

 

Please note any checks not picked up will be mailed home. It is recommended that all employees verify that we have their current address on file. Also, if you would like to sign up for direct deposit, please contact payroll at ext. 281.
